100% REAL AGED

Every drop of rum in our bottle of 8-year has been aged for eight years. Every drop in our 12-year has been aged for a dozen years. Simply put, it’s true to what the label says.

We use all natural flavors. And if an ingredient can’t be derived from pure cane sugar, we don’t use it.

High Marks

Parce received Gold and Silver Medals at the 2012 Ministry of Rum Tasting Competition. And also garnered a 92 rating by the Beverage Tasting Institute.

 

Our Process

Every batch of rum starts with the selection of the finest sugar cane. Our master distillers carefully select sugar cane varieties both local (San Cristobal) and foreign (Barbados, Trinidad) for an optimal flavor profile and bouquet.

 

Our People

Parce was founded by three brothers who simply put, were quite taken with Colombia. Inspired by its beauty and the warmth and hospitality of its people, they wanted to share the time-honored tradition of celebrating quality rum with others. The brothers found the perfect partners in a father-and-son duo of master blenders from Bogota. Arthur and Brojen Fernandes Domecq have a combined history of more than 50 years working with fine rum. The Domecq family boasts nearly three centuries of crafting traditional wine, sherry and brandy in the south of Spain. Brojen's grandfather, Jose Ignacio Domecq, was known in the industry as "La Nariz" (the nose) for his expertise in sniffing and blending. La Nariz's legacy lives on in Colombia with Brojen and Arthur's innate understanding of rum derived from pure ingredients, then carefully aged.

    • 1 1/2 oz Parce
    • 1 Fresh Lime
    • 3 Fresh Grapefruit Wedges
    • 1/2 oz Chili Pepper Syrup
    • Splash Dry Sparking Rosé Brut
    • Fresh Mint
    • Chili Powder

    To make the chili pepper syrup, dissolve 16 oz. granulated sugar in 8 oz. hot water. Add two whole serrano peppers, let chill in refrigerator overnight. Muddle grapefruit wedges, lime and spicy syrup in a highball glass. Slap mint between your hands and add to glass. Add rum and ice, stir. Top it with the dry sparkling rosé. Garnish with mint sprig and chili powder.

    • 1 oz Campari
    • 1 oz Carpano Antica
    • Splash of Cold-infused Coffee

    Mix Parce, Campari and Carpano Antica in glass, stir. Add ice and top with coffee.

    • 4 oz Ginger Beer
    • 1 oz Orange Curaçao
    • 1 Fresh Lime
    • Splash of Prosecco

    Mix Parce, orange curaçao and ginger beer in a mason jar. Quarter a lime, squeeze, and drop in with ice. Top with a splash of prosecco.

    • 2 oz Parce
    • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
    • 2 Dashes Barrel-aged Orange Bitters
    • 1 Bar Spoon Raw Demerara Sugar
    • 2 Orange Slices
    • 2 Luxardo Cherries

    Add the syrup, bitters, a cherry and an orange slice to a double rocks glass. Muddle together and remove the orange rind. Add rum and stir well. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
